Invedent's barcode stickers are always available for you to download, which is helpful if you have moved locations or want to download the individual stickers for each product in your inventory. This guide will teach you how to print your barcode stickers. Before you start, make sure to have an A4 Paper (for test print), an A4 sticker paper, and preferably a LaserJet printer.

Place your Sticker Papers

You can skip this step if you know which side your printer prints on; otherwise, open the paper loading tray on your printer. With a pen, mark a line on the upwards facing side of a piece of A4 paper—print off any random document on the paper you just marked.

  • If the page prints on the same side of the marked line, face the page up.
  • If the page prints on the opposite side of the marked line, face the page down.

Download the Stickers

Log in to your Invedent account by clicking here. Navigate to the "Inventory" page for individual item stickers or the "Stock Locations" for stock location stickers. Click the "Barcodes" button, which will prompt the download; It might take a couple of seconds for the download to start.

Set up your Printer

Open the downloaded document and press Command+P for Mac or Ctrl+P for Windows to open the print menu.

Important step: Look for the 'Scale' setting; you can sometimes find this in 'More Settings', ' Advanced Set-up, or 'More Details'. Make sure that the scale is set to 100%. If you find scale but can't find the option to change the scale, select the 'customised' option in the drop-down.

Once the printer is loaded with sticker paper, you can print your stickers. If the stickers print off in poor quality or are smudge on the paper, please use a LaserJet printer.
