Ordering from Henry Schein is a critical aspect of ensuring you have all the products you need to run the day-to-day of your practice.
Recently, problems have emerged due to orders being processed manually, resulting in incorrect processing and sometimes weeks-long delivery times. We implemented a new process that will aid and help make ordering from Henry Schein seamless.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Create Your Order in Invedent's Shopping Cart
On your shopping Cart, select Henry Schein and click Proceed to Checkout, then click the 'Copy' icon on the left-hand side of the checkout page, and click the copy icon. 
2. Navigate to Henry Schein's 'Order Import' page
After copying your orders from Invedent, go to Henry Schein's Order Import page by clicking this link: https://henryschein.com.au/order-import. We highly recommend bookmarking this link for easy access in the future.
3. Paste Your Order to the Henry Schein Order Import Page
Once you're on the order import page, find the section where you can paste your order. Click on the section, and use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (on Windows) or Command+V (on Mac) to paste your order. 
4. Import Data & Process Order
With your order pasted, look for a button labelled "Import Data" on the page. Click this button to add the items to your Henry Schein shopping cart. Once you are happy with your order, validate & update your pricing on Invedent and process the order via Henry Shein's website.
If any items fail to import, please contact Invedent support with the link to the product on the HS website so we can assist in fixing any issues that might be causing the failure.
5. IMPORTANT Process a "Manual Order" on Invedent
To save the order to Invedent, you must process a "manual order" by clicking on the Manual Order Option and saving the order by clicking the Place Your Order button.
Following these steps, you should experience a more seamless order processing experience with Henry Schein. This method removes the complications associated with email orders and should expedite the order arrival times.
