Efficiently importing your product data and pricing is essential for a seamless ordering experience with Invedent. This guide will walk you through the process of adding your regularly ordered items to an Excel spreadsheet, allowing the Invedent team to import them into your inventory.

Follow these steps to successfully import your product data and pricing into Invedent:

1. Request your order history

To obtain your product data in the appropriate format for uploading to the template, request the last 12 months of order history from your suppliers. This process saves you time and effort, as you won't have to manually input the data. Alternatively, you can use an existing spreadsheet containing this information to upload to your template.

2. Upload your data to the template

Carefully upload your data to the template, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date. It's crucial to review the data and delete any items that you no longer order. This step will help maintain an organised and relevant inventory.

3. Send the completed template to the Invedent team

Once you have finished updating the template, please email it to Jeanette at jeanette@invedent.com. Our team will thoroughly review the template and import as many items as possible, preparing them for ordering. If we have any questions or require clarification regarding the data on the template, we will promptly reach out to you. Additionally, if we need an introduction to a supplier not currently on the platform, we will request your assistance.
